Author Guidelines
1. Submission
Manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system available on the journal website managed by KOMETS Press. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials comply with the journal’s editorial and ethical policies.
2. Manuscript Template
Authors are required to prepare manuscripts using the official journal template provided on the journal website. Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
3. Formatting Requirements
Manuscripts should follow these general formatting requirements:
- Language: English
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 pt
- Line Spacing: Single
- Paper Size: A4
- Length: Approximately 4,000–10,000 words
The title of the manuscript should be concise and informative, preferably not exceeding 15 words.
4. Structure of the Manuscript
Manuscripts should generally be organized into the following sections:
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Research Methods
- Results
- Discussion and Limitations
- Conclusions and Future Directions
- References
Additional sections may include:
- Author Contributions
- Funding
- Statement on Data Availability
- Acknowledgements
- Conflicts of Interest
- AI Declaration
- Appendices
5. Abstract and Keywords
The manuscript must include an abstract containing approximately 250–300 words.
The abstract should briefly present:
- the background of the study;
- research objectives;
- methods used;
- principal findings;
- conclusions and implications.
Authors should provide 3–7 keywords reflecting the main topics of the manuscript.
6. Tables, Figures, and Equations
All tables, figures, and equations must:
- be numbered consecutively;
- include clear titles or captions;
- be cited in the text before they appear.
Figures should be presented in high quality and equations should be editable.
7. References
References should follow APA Style (7th Edition), unless otherwise specified by the journal.
Authors are encouraged to:
- use recent and relevant scholarly references;
- include DOI links where available;
- ensure consistency between citations and reference lists.
8. Additional Statements
The manuscript should include the following statements where applicable:
- Author Contributions
- Funding
- Statement on Data Availability
- Acknowledgements
- Conflicts of Interest
- AI Declaration
9. AI Declaration
Authors must disclose the use of artificial intelligence (AI) or AI-assisted technologies in manuscript preparation.
AI tools may only be used for:
- language improvement;
- grammar checking;
- formatting assistance;
- readability enhancement.
Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and scientific integrity of the manuscript.
Example:
“During the preparation of this manuscript, the authors used AI-assisted technologies to improve language quality and readability. All intellectual content and scientific conclusions remain the responsibility of the authors.”
The use of AI tools for data fabrication, falsification, image manipulation, or generation of misleading scientific content is strictly prohibited.
